Advanced Massage Therapeutics has been serving the San Diego, CA East County area since 1988 with professional therapeutic massages.  We specialize in pain management (back, neck, headaches, etc.), relaxation and wellness.

All of our therapists are Nationally Certified (NCBTMB) or California State Certified (CMT) to assure the highest professional level. Each Therapist has advanced specialty training and years of experience to assure that you have a professional, caring and comfortable experience.

Danielle Vreeland, CMT is a California State Certified Massage Therapist. She grew up in Alpine, Ca where she regularly took dance classes for 15 years. By the time she was a freshman in high school, Danielle was set on becoming a massage therapist. Right out of high school she went to Mueller College of Holistic Studies here in San Diego and took a 1000 hour program to attain my Holistic Health Practitioner certification. Some of her favorite modalities are sports massage/deep tissue, neuro-muscular/myofacial release, Thai, and Swedish. Now she has taken her favorite principles and techniques from each one and blended them into her own therapeutic approach to the body; enjoyable and effective.

Melissa Silberman, LMT is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who graduated from Body Mind Massage College here in San Diego, CA. Melissa has over 8 years of hands on experience working for a variety of clinics, chiropractors, and spas.

Melissa believes in creating a massage tailored to each persons needs and creates a special and unique experience. Spending most of her life “playing” extremely hard in such sports as horseback riding and snowboarding, she understands the need to care for and balance the body. She specializes in pain free/relaxing Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.

Kristi Ogden, CMT is a Nationally Certified (NCBTMB) and CA State Certified Therapist (CMT). She has more than 1000 of education and graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, CA.  She was a computer professional in the corporate world for 25 years and has made a career change to massage therapy. (Doesn't regret one day!) She is the owner of Advanced Massage Therapeutics - following her passion to help others achieve optimal health and live a pain free life. She specializes in being a bodyworker experienced in physically therapeutic and energetic modalities for a “wholistic” experience. Her specialty is low back, hips, and shoulders. Kristi is a Reiki Master in Karuna and Usui modalities.
